Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our team at Secure Base Therapy, PLLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients dealing with a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. The ideal candidate will be experienced, compassionate, and able to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical and professional standards. This is a contract position with flexible hours, with the opportunity to build a caseload based on availability and client need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, and others.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

  • Maintain confidential and accurate case notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

  • Participate in regular case consultation meetings and collaborate with other members of the team as needed.

  • Keep up-to-date with relevant clinical training and certifications.

  • Provide crisis intervention and support for clients as necessary.

  • Engage in professional development and seek out supervision as required for licensure.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

  • Current, valid Montana State license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Work Licensure Candidate (SWLC), Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor(PCLC) or similar credentials.

  • A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Comfortable with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

  • Background check and professional references required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a variety of client populations (children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families).

  • Specialization in trauma, anxiety, depression, or other common mental health concerns

Compensation:

  • $37-$55 per hour depending on experience
