Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our team at Secure Base Therapy, PLLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients dealing with a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. The ideal candidate will be experienced, compassionate, and able to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical and professional standards. This is a contract position with flexible hours, with the opportunity to build a caseload based on availability and client need.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, and others.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Maintain confidential and accurate case notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Participate in regular case consultation meetings and collaborate with other members of the team as needed.
Keep up-to-date with relevant clinical training and certifications.
Provide crisis intervention and support for clients as necessary.
Engage in professional development and seek out supervision as required for licensure.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
Current, valid Montana State license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Work Licensure Candidate (SWLC), Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor(PCLC) or similar credentials.
A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Comfortable with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
Background check and professional references required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with a variety of client populations (children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families).
Specialization in trauma, anxiety, depression, or other common mental health concerns
Compensation:
$37-$55 per hour depending on experience
