Theresa O’Keefe, LCSW, LMSW, MS uses education in the non-profit/leadership sphere and experience as a practice founder for individualized support. Theresa is also am EMDRIA Certified Therapist and and EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each provider and practice setting while promoting confidence, consistency, and quality care.
EMDR Consultation
Sam joins Theresa in providing EMDR consultation groups for those completing the 10 required hours post basic training.
In his work as a therapist, Sam takes a person-centered approach toward helping his clients manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, addiction, personality disorders, neurodiversity, grief, and trauma. His practice is grounded in relationships and he employs strengths-based strategies to support positive change by helping his clients integrate and re-contextualize their relationships and experiences that shape their life. Sam specializes in providing EMDR therapy, a modality that focuses on reprocessing and addressing symptoms related to traumatic experiences.
