She/Her
Welcome! I believe therapy is a space where you should be able to show up exactly as you are. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin, and you don't have to know exactly what you need from therapy. My role is to meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work alongside you to figure out what will be most helpful.
I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship built on trust, compassion, and genuine connection. Sometimes therapy may look like simply having a safe place to talk through what you're experiencing. Other times, we may work together to develop coping skills, better understand your emotions, navigate a difficult relationship or life transition, or find new ways of approaching challenges. I believe there is no one right way to do therapy, and I will adapt our work to fit your needs, personality, and goals.
My hope is that our sessions feel comfortable, supportive, and authentic. I want you to feel heard and understood while also feeling encouraged to grow. Whether you're working through something that happened years ago, navigating a difficult season right now, or simply feeling like something needs to change, you don't have to figure it out alone.
You might be a good fit for working with me if...
You're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next.
You're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or changes that are making life feel more difficult.
You're going through a major life transition and want support navigating what's next.
You're carrying grief, loss, or difficult experiences that you haven't had space to process.
You want a safe person to talk to without feeling judged or rushed.
You'd like to better understand your emotions and develop healthier ways of coping with them.
You're looking for both emotional support and practical tools you can use outside of therapy.
You're ready to make changes but aren't quite sure where to begin.
You want a therapist who will meet you where you are rather than fit you into a specific approach.

A Little More About Me
I grew up in Woodinville, Washington, and my connection to the community and the people around me has always been an important part of who I am. I earned my bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Montana and went on to pursue my master's degree in social work at the University of South Dakota.
My professional experiences have allowed me to work with individuals and families navigating a wide range of challenges. Through my work in hospice, the hospital, and crisis response, I have had the privilege of sitting alongside people during some of life's most difficult moments. These experiences have taught me that therapy can look different for everyone. Sometimes, having someone truly listen and provide a safe space is enough to begin moving forward. Other times, we may need encouragement, practical coping tools, or someone to help us make sense of what we're experiencing and see things in a new way.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, taking photos, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. I’m happiest when I’m creating something, getting outside, or enjoying a slow afternoon with the people I love. I believe that the experiences and relationships we have outside of our work are an important part of who we are. I enjoy getting to know the whole person, not just the reason that brought you into therapy.
