It can be effective for trauma, anxiety, panic, grief, and other past experiences that continue to affect present-day well-being.

  • The transition into parenthood can be both meaningful and challenging. Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infertility, pregnancy loss, adoption, and the early years of parenting can bring significant emotional, physical, and relational changes. While many people expect this season to be joyful, it is also common to experience anxiety, depression, grief, overwhelm, identity shifts, or feelings of isolation.

We provide compassionate support for individuals and families navigating the perinatal period. Therapy offers a space to process difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, adjust to changing roles and relationships, and care for your mental health during this important stage of life. Whether you are preparing for parenthood, recovering after birth, coping with loss, or adjusting to life with a new child, you do not have to navigate these experiences alone.

Katie is your go-to for perinatal care!

  • Men often face unique pressures related to identity, relationships, work, family responsibilities, and cultural expectations about masculinity. Many have been taught to handle challenges on their own, suppress emotions, or view vulnerability as weakness, which can make seeking support feel difficult.

We provide a supportive and affirming space for men to explore concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, life transitions, fatherhood, grief, self-esteem, and questions of identity and purpose. Our approach recognizes the real challenges men face while encouraging authentic self-understanding, emotional growth, and meaningful connection with others.

Seeking help is not a sign of weakness—it is an investment in your well-being, relationships, and future. We are committed to providing respectful, nonjudgmental care that honors each person's unique experiences and goals.

  • Item descriptionAttachment-focused therapy explores how early and ongoing relationship experiences shape the ways we connect with others, regulate emotions, and respond in close relationships. Patterns formed over time can show up in adult relationships as anxiety, avoidance, conflict, or difficulty trusting and feeling secure.

This approach helps individuals and couples understand these patterns with compassion, develop greater emotional awareness, and build more secure and satisfying ways of relating. The goal is to support healthier connection—both with oneself and with others—through insight, emotional repair, and new relational experiences.

Couple Therapy

Couple therapy is a collaborative space for exploring the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your relationship, helping partners better understand one another, improve communication, and strengthen connection.

It’s important to note that the focus of couple therapy can differ depending on how services are funded: when using insurance, treatment is centered on an identified individual and a mental health diagnosis, with the work focused on that person’s symptoms and how they impact the relationship; when choosing private-pay therapy, the relationship itself becomes the focus of care, allowing us to work directly with the dynamics between partners. In either format, therapy offers support in slowing down reactive cycles, making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and building healthier ways of relating so you can move toward a more secure and intentional partnership together.
