WHO WE HELP

Who We Help

At Secure Base, we believe that healing happens in the context of connection. We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating life's challenges and looking for a safe, supportive space to grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves and others.

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Some of our clients come to us because they're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck. Others are working through trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, identity exploration, or longstanding patterns that no longer serve them. Whatever brings you here, you're welcome exactly as you are.

We commonly support people who are experiencing:

  • Attachment and relationship challenges

  • Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Depression and low self-worth

  • Family conflict and communication difficulties

  • Life transitions and identity exploration

  • Neurodivergence and related challenges

  • Body image and eating concerns

  • Performance anxiety and perfectionism

  • Emotional regulation and coping difficulties

  • A desire for deeper self-understanding and personal growth
